1. Install the Windows XP Basic Language Pack by running the file “.\Windows XP Operating System\1. Multilingual User Interface\MUISETUP.EXE”.
2. Install “MUI Update” and “MUI HotFix” from the “.\Windows XP Operating System” folder.
3. Install the component language packs from the root folder for Windows XP components installed on your computer.
4. Change the language in “START Menu -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Languages”, and then Exit/Log in or Restart the computer for the new settings to take effect.
