Story
Out of prison, mobster Dwight “The General”; Manfred is exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he and a group of unlikely characters build a new criminal empire. Sylvester Stallone’s first major role in a television series.

The opening credit sequence shows a variety of photographic and painted images, as well as Oklahoma landmarks, superimposed on the New York landscape: the “Touch the Clouds” statue of the Sioux Indian chief; wearing a war cap and a Bone Choker mounted above the Brooklyn Bridge. A gold digger statue placed on top of the Statue of Liberty, Route 66 Western Gateway Arch, located on Manhattan’s Main Avenue.

In New York, in the Manhattan borough, which are several numbered “alleles”; which are crossed by lower numbered streets.. Sympathetic and quite deep characters, believable plot, tolerable pacing are the driving force behind this show.
Cinematography and music are nothing to write home about, both are good enough to help the series
Stallone is good to be the main character, but I really like Andrea Savage and her character, very nice performance. I really respected that Stallone doesn’t try to look younger when his character Dwight openly mentions his age and how it might affect his relationship with a younger woman.
fun, but doesn’t really add value or stand out
My review shows that the show looks pretty average, but I rate it 8/10 because it’s a solid entertainer rather than a TV/cinema masterpiece or tour de force.
