Men and women live in a giant silo underground with several regulations which they believe are in place to protect them from the toxic and ruined world on the surface.. Whether they are exploring the stars, escaping dystopias, or making the world a better place, these women are what science fiction is all about.. The fans on the floor in various episodes turn in the wrong direction, regarding the orientation of the blades.

I have just started watching this show

Rotating this way does not push or pull any air.. Featured in WatchMojo: Top 10 2023 TV Shows You Need to Binge (2023). Something has stood out from the beginning.

The sound of the actors' voices are very clear

My compliments to the sound people, this is a small miracle.I very frequently struggle to hear what actors are saying in shows and films. Perhaps it’s something to do with the acoustics of a silo? But I don’t think, I believe it is down to some very good work by the movie sound people who record and edit the voices of the actors.

I really enjoyed it

It is rare to hear the voices of actors with such delightful clarity.It is almost like hearing the voices of actors in the theater, it is so good.I am several episodes in now and I am enjoying the acting and the story. There are good characters well depicted and something is gradually becoming unraveled with regard to the history and operational details of the silo. I am not sure where it is all leading yet, but it is certainly keeping me engaged.I have now completed series one.

There is a significant element of the ending that is identical to a reveal that happens in a film

To avoid spoilers I won’t say the name of the film, but I’m sure that others know the one that I mean if they have seen it. This did not detract from my enjoyment of Silo and I’m not sure who came up with the idea first in any event as I don’t know when the book that Silo was based on was written.

Alex de la Iglesia’s black comedy – shot mostly on a Castilian motorway and at the Hotel Marqués de Riscal – is a crazy road movie, well-paced, competently acted and wonderfully funny. Alex de la Iglesia plays the thriller/comedy in his sui-generic style. 50-year-old Julian (Alberto San Juan), divorced and struggling with money, uses “BlaBlaCar”. He falls in love with Lorena (Blanca Suárez), a regular passenger who now wants to use the next trip to confess his feelings to her. But he makes a mistake in choosing the remaining inhabitants, the boring Rodrigo (Ernesto Alterio) and the demanding Sergio (Rubén Cortada).

A confusing road movie combined with a romantic comedy, an ironically pleasant film with bright colors

Their problems begin when two strangers join them on their journey, terrible situations and rare roles with Álex De La Iglesia, with the usual screenwriter Jorge Guerricaechevarrí. Álex de la Iglesia brings us extremely mixed characters, fast dialogues and absurd situations in a luxury car. De la Iglesia returns to the black comedy terrain of his previous works, focusing on the relationship of four unusual characters. It can be very funny and very touching at the same time, so for me it was the perfect combination. This is a unique and entertaining film in which Álex once again presents his unique and visually striking style that takes your breath away.

A crazy road movie that boasts a beautiful and attractive cast

Enjoyable performances from Alberto San Juan as a 50-year-old penniless bachelor who uses an app to share his car, Blanca Suárez as his secret crush, Rubén Cortada as a handsome, free-spirited young man and a special mention goes to Ernesto Alterio who steals the show as a crazy, troubled passenger who causes a dramatic change in the course of events. This darkly humorous picture was competently directed by Álex de la Iglesia, who in his new horror film called ¨The Fear Collection¨ together with his wife, Carolina Bang, in fact, the character played by Alberto San Juan somewhat resembles Álex, because # 39;a divorced man like De La Iglesia, who recently married a woman twenty years younger, Carolina Bang; similar to Blanca Suárez and Alberto San Juan, between whom the difference is indeed 20 years. As usual in the filmography of Álex de la Iglesia, this new entry oscillates between humor, thriller and suspense, in this case in the form of a fun road movie, combined with a romantic comedy, and brings together excellent actors who have worked before. with Basque directors such as Ernesto Alterio and Blanca Suárez in ¨The Bar¨. Alex De La Iglesia is a cool director who has many hits such as: ¨Accion Mutante¨ ¨¨You will die laughing¨ or ¨Muertos De Risa¨ ¨¨Baby Room¨ , ¨Oxford Murders¨ ¨Balada Triste De Una Trompeta¨, ¨Perdita Durango¨, among others.

Acceptable and acceptable

This is without a doubt an exciting and enjoyable film that will be enjoyed by fans of black humor and fans of Álex De Iglesia, the Spanish king of black comedy. Rating: 6/10. Worth watching.

Communities constructing props and sets for the series

In the timeless city of Macondo, seven generations of the Buendia family cope with love, oblivion and the inevitability of their past and destiny. It is Netflix’s most expensive Latin American project to date, involving Colombian groups and local residents. The funny thing is that I don’t remember the book like that at all.

in a very poetic way

Of course it was scary, but on the other hand, the author brings up ancient curses, etc. Or tragic love, human nature. All this comes from a master of the genre.

It has already made me want to reread the novel!

I was simply overwhelmed by everything, not in the first episode, then I was fascinated and I hope you let the alchemy/magic happen like I did. Let the cloak of revenge envelop you in its fantastic story. It all comes down to history and memory and how unreliable and entangled they are and what we make of it.

Sad, but beautiful

Just like “Game of Thrones” fever. The difference is that I can’t read the original, only the translation. This is not a Dickens and Christmas fairy tale for children, but a story for adults.

Universe is promising & a welcome sight

The story makes care about the characters & the animation is top notch. Speaking on the animation the new "Tomorrow-verse" animation looked very cheap & flat, no life in the animation style or stories. The D. C. AU of great stories like : "Under the Red Hood", "Justice League:Dark" & "Superman:Doomsday" set the standard for quality comic book animation.

The art style is fun & vivid & well drawn

I collected all the animated movies of that time & i had no interest in the Tomorrow-verse, due to lazy writing & lazy animated art. But, Creature Commandos is a return to form for quality animation. I already care about the characters & the story is interesting. James Gunn is starting this universe right & making his upcoming projects highly anticipated. The new Superman movie is definitely on my must watch list.

Think about it they are trying to get home and have no way to get there

Boys and girls arguing ect… But is it just me or is this a reminder of Star Trek Voyager but with kids. They are probably on the other side of the galaxy and probably will have to travel sometime to get home.

I've never watched the other series most people are referring to

But anyways if this continues into a second season because they haven't made it home I'm calling it "Kid Star Trek Voyager." It is the only reason it hasn't got eight stars.. "One Hundred Years of Solitude" is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
