Abrams’ “Lost” almost had a completely different cast
Story
The survivors of a plane crash are forced to work together to survive on a seemingly deserted tropical island. See which A-listers missed out on one of the most popular TV shows of all time. The character Sawyer was originally intended to be an older, smooth, suit-wearing city crook from Buffalo, New York.

However, when Josh Holloway forgot a line during an audition and then kicked a chair and swore loudly in frustration, the writers liked the side of Sawyer’s character and decided to write Sawyer as more of a darker southern drifter. Jin and Sun are married and share the last name “Kwon,” which becomes a major plot point in the final season. In fact, in Korea, it’s not even legal to marry someone with the same last name, except in rare cases.

It feels like a hit
This is a really good show with really good writers. There are many subplots that keep you interested and keep you waiting until next week for more answers to the many ever-growing mysteries surrounding the island where a group of plane crash survivors crash. I also like how the writers delve into each of the main characters’ stories and make them more interesting to the viewer.
It’s great to see something on TV that isn’t about CSIs, cops, lawyers, or doctors!
There are a lot of mysterious things happening on the island, and there is a lot of drama between the characters in the series.
