Three little girls swim away into the ocean because a whole bunch of people on the beach and lifeguards didn’t see them swim away on a surfboard, screaming and waving their hands for help. Except for one little one, from whom they borrow a yellow bucket, all the while saying “yellow” to his mom. Huge eye-roll moment. So they swim away and feed themselves one snack, I think, eventually reaching a rugged, rocky shoreline with a bright house. It’s so painful to watch these little girls climb up rocks barefoot, get hit by waves, and almost drown. There’s not much dialogue, they mostly fight for their lives in long, unbelievable, and incredibly drawn-out, boring scenes. Have you ever been around parents who think everything their kids do is special and cute, but are really annoying? The whole movie is about that and child abuse.
